“I am writing to thank you for the exceptionally good after-sales care demonstrated by the way in which you and the company have resolved the problem with my bi-fold door. After your visit to replace the locking handle your identification of the cause of the problem allowed me to carry out the remedial action of drilling the tile below the locking bar: Only a very shallow depth of drilling was required. The result is that the door central locking is now working very smoothly, in fact better than it ever has done and I am sure that, as a result, there will be no repeat of the issue with the handle breaking.
I am impressed that there was no charge for your visit and that the work was done by way of warranty, even though the door was installed 3 years ago.”
